Machining – CNC & VMC

The machining section at Dantal is equipped with CNC machines such as dedicated turning centers for tubes, rods, and allied components.

The major high point of the machining division is the Robots that are used for loading and unloading the material thereby resulting in efficient turnaround time. Multiple Vertical Machining Centers also highlight the capability of the machining section.

Skiving and Burnishing

Dantal has installed a world-class Skiving & Burnishing machines to ensure precision and quality finishing of tube bore.

Rod Processing Plant

For the machining of chrome plated bars, Dantal has a dedicated plant equipped with high-end grinding, polishing machines, induction hardening, and a continuous plating machine to ensure smooth finishing.

Since precision is crucial in hydraulics, the company has installed a Continuous Chrome Plating machine to ensure a consistent high-quality surface and enhanced plating quality for the long life of products. Our state-of-the-art continuous chrome plating plant employs green technology, ensuring 100% recovery of chrome with no residual discharge into the effluent treatment plant. This innovative approach reinforces our commitment to sustainability. At Dantal, we have the capability to produce chrome plated, duplex chrome plated, and nickel chrome plated piston rods. Additionally, we can provide piston rods with nitriding and ceramic coatings. With all these technologies, we are producing rods with plating life ranging from a 96-hour Rating 10 to a 1000-hour Rating 10, tested as per ISO 9227 and following the rating criteria of ISO 10289.

Friction Welding & Robotic Welding

Dantal adopts all the latest welding techniques to ensure the precision and toughness of the Hydraulic Solutions.

The company has in place high-performance Friction Welders to make sure the quality welds of rods with rod ends are perfectly suitable for all dynamic applications. The fast and fully automated robotic welding machine leaves no scope for error. Dantal is also accredited with ISO 3834 Part 2 for the Fusion Welding Process.

Ultrasonic Cleaning

Cleanliness plays a very crucial role in the performance of Hydraulic Cylinders and Systems. So, Dantal ensures that Child parts and Tube undergo ultrasonic cleaning before assembly.

Assembly

Dantal’s Hydraulic Cylinder assembly ensures precision by aligning the tube and rod horizontally. Installed in a dust-free assembly area, our mechanized line features advanced machinery like auto torquing and horizontal assembly, guaranteeing high-quality assembly.
