Testing

Passion for supreme quality Hydraulic Solutions calls for a basis of accuracy down to the last detail.

We have in place stringent testing procedures to ensure our customers receive flawless Hydraulic Solutions exceeding their exacting requirements and specifications. Our hydraulic test rigs are equipped with pressure control having the ability to test cylinders simultaneously.

End of line testing being done 100% on all cylinders includes below tests:-

Cyclic Test
Proof Pressure Testing
Internal Leakage
Static Friction Testing
Cushioning Test
Mid Stroke Testing
Back to Back for Single acting cylinders
Other tests as per jointly agreed Quality Assurance Plan

Endurance / Validation testing

We have test rigs to carry out validation testing /endurance testing of prototypes which is done with customer’s agreement and various test facilities we have can conduct tests like – Impulse testing, Back to Back load testing, Side load testing, Cyclic testing, Load hold test, Simulation testing, Cold chamber testing, Mud Slurry testing, Dust spray test, Cushioning test, rod buckling test, Ball joint testing, Burst test and many more.
